Rental conditions

Home conditions: we accept friendly dogs. Out of respect for non smokers, avoid smoking in the villa and especially in the rooms.

Services included:

 

  • Household linen: sheets, blankets, towels, ...
  • Cookware & dinnerware.
  • Household at the beginning and end of your holiday. Of course,if you enjoy staying 2 or 3 weeks, the housemaid will come every week.
  • Maintenance of the pool and garden during the stay.
  • Internet with broadband wireless in the residence.

Accommodations:

  • Transport of guests (return) from the airport / train station to the residence.
  • Home delivery of bread and pastries.
  • Vézenobres shops: mini market, pharmacy, doctor, post office, tobacco, ...
  • Traiteur 
  • Our favorite restaurants of Vézénobres :le Grenier d'Aladdin and le Sarrazin.
Price in euros per week for 6 or 12 people maximum (with services included)

PRICES

A security deposit of € 1000 will be asked when you arrive.We will give you back  at the end of your holidays if no damage is found on the property.
Cleaning option: if you wish, a cleaning lady can come twice during your week for 2 hours each. Price: 150 €.

Arrival & Departure:

  • Arriving on Saturday between 16h30 pm and 19h pm

 

  •  Leaving on Saturday, no later than 10 am

Payment of rent and deposits:

 

  • 50% in the week following reservations: it validates the reservation.

 

  • 50% outstanding 8 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation:

 

  • 90 days or more prior to arrival: 20% of rent will be deducted from the refund.
  • Between 89 and 50 days: 50% of rent deducted.
  • 49 days or less: 100% of rent deducted.
